- Country of destination – the EU member state to which the Goods are delivered at the Customer's request.
Language, governing law & jurisdiction
Contracts are concluded in Polish, English, or any other language made available in the Service. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
Contracts concluded with consumers are governed by the law applicable under European Union rules, including the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the consumer's country of habitual residence.
A consumer may bring proceedings before the competent courts in accordance with applicable European Union and national law. Consumers may also make use of available out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedures where applicable.
Access to the Service, Account & registration
Account registration is voluntary. The User is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep their login credentials confidential.
The Seller may refuse to create an Account or conclude a contract where there is reasonable suspicion of false information, a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or attempted misuse of the Service.
Product information & safety
The Goods offered through the Service may include nicotine pouches, caffeine pouches, and related accessories.
Products containing nicotine are intended for adults only. Nicotine is an addictive substance.
Products containing caffeine should be used in accordance with the warnings and instructions provided with the individual product.
All Goods should be stored in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and kept out of reach of children and pets.
Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Packaging, colours, or other visual details may differ slightly from the product delivered, including as a result of manufacturer changes or display settings.
Prices, currencies, VAT & invoicing
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected version of the Service and include VAT where required.
For sales to Customers in other European Union countries, VAT may be charged at the rate applicable in the country of destination in accordance with applicable VAT regulations, including the OSS procedure where applicable.
Delivery costs are not included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise. The applicable delivery cost is displayed to the Customer before the Order is submitted.
VAT invoices are issued in accordance with applicable law.
Placing Orders & conclusion of contract
Placing an Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to conclude a sales contract.
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the Order by sending an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
The Seller may refuse to fulfil an Order for valid reasons, including but not limited to lack of stock, payment problems, an obvious pricing or technical error, or circumstances preventing lawful fulfilment of the Order.
Delivery, costs & risk
Deliveries are made to destinations supported by the Service. Available delivery methods, expected delivery times, and delivery costs are displayed during the checkout process.
The Customer bears the delivery costs according to the delivery method selected, unless the Order qualifies for free delivery.
Where the Seller dispatches Goods to a consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to the Goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the Carrier, acquires physical possession of the Goods.
If the consumer independently commissions a Carrier that was not offered by the Seller, the risk may pass when the Goods are handed over to that Carrier, in accordance with applicable law.
Right of withdrawal
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the Carrier, takes physical possession of the Goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to: contact@snusowo.pl.
The Customer should return the Goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer informed the Seller of the withdrawal.
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods unless otherwise stated by the Seller.
The Seller shall reimburse payments in accordance with the deadlines and rules required by applicable consumer law. The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until the Goods have been returned or the Customer has provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery, where the requirements of the applicable legal exception are met.
Complaints & warranty
Complaints relating to Goods, Orders, deliveries, or the operation of the Service should be submitted by e-mail to: contact@snusowo.pl.
The complaint should, where possible, include the Order number, a description of the issue, and information allowing the Seller to identify and assess the complaint.
The Seller is responsible for the conformity of Goods with the contract to the extent required by applicable consumer protection law.
Selected Goods may additionally be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Any commercial warranty does not limit or exclude the Customer's statutory rights.

The rules governing the processing of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available through the Service.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, failures of telecommunications or transport infrastructure, strikes, government actions, armed conflicts, epidemics, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Amendments to the Terms & Conditions
The Seller may amend these Terms & Conditions where justified, including due to changes in applicable law, payment or delivery methods, functionality of the Service, or the Seller's business operations.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions do not affect Orders or contracts concluded before the amended version became applicable, unless otherwise required by law.
Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable provisions of European Union law and relevant national law.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
These Terms & Conditions enter into force on the date indicated by the Seller and remain applicable until replaced by a newer version.
